Greener's Favorite Players Rounds 11-15

Fantasy drafts are approaching quickly for many of us. While some people may just go in thinking they know fantasy football, it will always be the people who do research and have a mental plan in place who will come out with the best team. It is smart to have targets for each round so you know who to pick when time is running out on the clock. Also, be sure to check out expert Eric Olaya's favorite players in each round. That being said, here is a list of players you should target in each round of your draft (12 person, Standard Scoring):

Round 11: Duke Johnson

ADP: 11.05

Analysis: It amazes me that Duke continues to be taken this low in drafts. While his ceiling is limited being in a committee and a passing down specialist, he had the same role last year when he finished as the 21st RB in fantasy. He will be the 9th highest paid running back in the league this season ahead of fellow teammate, Carlos Hyde. Getting him in the 11th round will give you a plug-and-start RB with a consistent role and target share within an offense that is expected to make significant progress this season.

Round 12: Kenny Golladay

ADP: 12.01

Analysis: Kenny Golladay is one player that has the potential to really explode this season. After an up and down rookie season, there are a lot of reasons to like “Babytron” and his potential in 2018. In each of the Lions last four games, he played at least 80% of the snaps, and he out-snapped veteran Golden Tate in each of those games. Combined that with the loss of the Lions #1 red zone threat, Eric Ebron, and there is plenty of room for improvement going into his second season.

Round 13: Justin Tucker

ADP: 13.07

Analysis: Anyone who waits till the last two rounds to take a Defense and Kicker is missing a prime opportunity to gain an advantage over your competitors. Justin Tucker is one of the best kickers in the NFL making 50+ yarders with ease. The Ravens has made some changes to their receivers and the overall improvements to their offense should help give tucker more field goal opportunities than last season. Expect Tucker to finish as a top three kicker in 2018.

Round 14: Chris Ivory

ADP: 14.10

Analysis: This pick is a total high reward for minimal risk type pick. There are tremendous accusations against starter LeSean McCoy primarily involving domestic violence with his ex-girlfriend. If the NFL does decide to take any actions against McCoy, Ivory would immediately become the starter and a low end RB2. Given this is the second to last round, the possibility of a suspension are still going to make this pick worth it. At the very worst, he is a must-own handcuff for a RB that is now 30 years old.

Round 15: Danny Amendola

ADP: Undrafted

Analysis: I understand people’s preference to stay away from sub par offenses. I think each bad offense can still produce one or two productive fantasy players. For the Miami Dolphins, my sleeper pick for production is newly-acquired Danny Amendola. In a scrimmage held in front of fans the other day, Tannehill completed only three passes and all three of those completions were to Amendola. Tannehill’s tendency of relying heavily on possession slot receivers will not disappear now that Landry is gone. Look for Amendola as a possible top 30 WR and Tannehill’s go to target in 2018.
