Hail Mary: Week 10

Hail Mary is a play that most people won't even attempt. It is one of those last resort efforts to win. With this article, we would like to point out 4 players in which we expect to be x-factor players. Players that can do great any given week even if it’s just because of one play. These players are also each started in under 15% of leagues according to NFL.com. Here are the four big time players that could could make a difference maker in your lineup this week:

RBs:

Mike Davis:

Start Percentage: 7.9%

Matchup: Los Angeles Rams

Analysis: Mike Davis came into the year as someone unknown by most fantasy owners. With Carson’s injury issues continuing to limit his availability, Davis has gotten opportunities and he has clearly taken the RB2 job from Rashaad Penny. He is a prime candidate for extra snaps this week with Carson failing to practice at all this week. Expect Davis to get over 60 rushing yards and a TD this week against the Rams.

Josh Adams:

Start Percentage: 0.8%

Matchup: Dallas Cowboys

Analysis: Josh Adams does not have the best matchup this week going up against the Cowboys, but he should still get plenty of opportunities. He has out snapped Clement and Smallwood the last week the eagles played and he was the most efficient with those opportunities. He gained 61 yards on only nine carries. Expect similar numbers this week, but he should be given more opportunities.

WRs:

Maurice Harris:

Start Percentage: 0.4%

Matchup: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Analysis: Harris was a big pickup this past week after exploding for 124 yards on 10 catches. With Crowder out again this week and Richardson on IR now, Harris will get more snaps and more targets this week. He is the prime candidate to succeed among Redskins WRs. Harris should get similar amount of targets as he did last week and owners should expect at least 70 yards receiving.

John Ross:

Start Percentage: 0.6%

Matchup: New Orleans Saints

Analysis: John Ross has not had that much success so far in his career. With A.J. Green out for the next couple games, Bengals are going to need someone like Ross to step up and perform. Ross does have a great matchup against the Saints this week who have given up the most points to WRs this season and he should be able to take advantage. Expect Ross to get over 100 yards receiving and a TD.
